Meet Eileen Woodward
Eileen was born and raised in San Diego. Early in her career, she worked as an assistant operations manager to the largest Southern California bank. Thereafter, Eileen moved on to HOA property management and paralegal work with an emphasis in real estate. This diverse background allows her to handle buyers and sellers with skillful negotiations and attention to detail.
Eileen‘s success stems from her belief in building long–term relationships with her clients and becoming their trusted advisor. Her greatest satisfaction comes from exceeding her clients‘ expectations with her combined exceptional service, integrity, product knowledge, and enthusiasm. She takes great pride in finding buyers the right community that offers the lifestyle that best suits their needs and wants while developing innovative strategies that provide international exposure for clients selling their homes. She is driven by her time–tested principle of service above self–interest.
Eileen‘s passion for helping others transcends real estate. She personally supports animal charities and Toys for Tots. In her free time, Eileen loves spending time with her horses, Louis and Lexie, MoMo her cat of twenty–two years young! baking, hiking, and boating.
